Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (2–5 business days) + Shipping Time (10–18 business days)

Our delivery estimates depend on multiple factors, including your destination and the time required to prepare and pack your order.

Shipping Refund Policy – Combine Orders to Qualify for Free Shipping

If you place multiple orders on the same day and they have not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service team to request a combined shipment.

If the total value of the combined orders meets the applicable free shipping threshold, we will refund the shipping fees for eligible orders.

Please note that the request must be made before your package is shipped. Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for this policy.
